African Connection by Gary Codner

At one point supply could not meet demand and people were getting tired of seeing the same designs everywhere and so its rep has somewhat dwindled. Therefore, when I heard about Gary Codner, who’s in part responsible for Cooyah’s success, showing a line at CFW that was all his, i was sure this would be a good line. A capitalization on everything he’s done at Cooyah. Alas, I was to be disappointed.
He calls it African Connection and I’m still trying to figure out why. Because of the traditional print scarf?
The animal print top?
Maybe this is hemp?
Maybe they wear alot of white tees over in the motherland.
Maybe I’m really not seeing it…here’s the line guys . Please help me to figure out exactly what’s going on.
Maybe I should have asked Nia if she sniffed some of the hemp dress. K, I’m gonna behave and sit my behind down now. 
Keep your eyes peeled baby, dont be dissapointed too soon.What you have beheld is merely the tip of the iceberg.you have given honor where it is due and have attributed much of the success of cooyah to the man and rightly so.If you snooze you will lose. so be on the look out.And i dont think african connection means that you are gonna see tribal wear etc, he is from jamaica by way of africa,hence the connection (thats one position at least). Dont blink baby.
He is not just a T-shirt guy and he does not need to ride on Cooyah success…..Stop type-casting People. Ask Gary about African Connection and he will tell you….keeps your eyes open…don’t blink
I AM keeping my eyes peeled, I know Gary’s capabilities…am expecting a WHOLE lot more from him. dont wanna hear it only, wanna see it too!
