What I Wore: On Casual Friday
Jul 28th, 2008 | By Irie Diva | Category: What I WoreCutie pie Sheena upped the casual Friday jeans-and-button-up ante by donning this cute little dress she designed herself and had made. The white cardi makes it work appropriate (if you work in a more relaxed environment) and the black and white striped heels are very cute as well…matching her bug-eyed shades.
Sheena is a budding fashionista who may just have her own line someday…you’re well on your way with your signature style…keep it up!

Now we know what to wear under that next time right?

OMG… lol
LOL Dr. Kizzy share the joke nuh!
So ya’ll don’t wanna say it?? Let me say it for ya then! So while this outfit would be nice elsewhere, remind me where you going again? Work? Huh? I don’t care if it’s casual Friday, dat nuh look right!! Unless you work at Pulse or something……….
Plain and simple dat nuh mek it when in doubt always go simple, the sweater or jacket or whatever it is, is not needed here lose the black and white heels and go 4 either matching purple, silver or gold sandals(to match the the gold beaded necklace she have on). The dress alright still. In this pic i see no sun so you can forget ’bout the sunshades to or if it has to be worn go for a simple less humongous shades. Please i’m tired to see styles on this website being overdone ladies this is’nt Hollywood were anything goes its JAMAICA!!!
lol….ladies ladies its obvious that you have no style and is and being a bunch of haters…..daydra and dr whatever your name is style is style fashion is fashion no matter where you live….its about expressing one’s individuality and there ability to make any outfit work you obviously dont apprectiate good sense of style…i can just imagine what you wore to work…LOL TIRED BLUE JEANS AND A BUTTON DOWN SHIRT. Clearly you arent fashionably inclined as you would know that its not about matching its all about co-ordinating……loose the jacket how clueless are you in a work environment a sleeves dress can not be worn nor matching gold slippers(did you even read the headlines mami), what she did was simply accessorize to make it more work appropriate….i could go on but then i dont ant you to go allout and change your entire wardrobe…sheena hun bottem line is you did a great job you took a risk and you pulled it off Big time
love the look..keep doing what u doing gurl coz u got it like that…….i always look forward to seeing u out…i need ur wardrobe thats wat i want….
LOL
lemme say that it worked fine for her work environment (i know where she works) it definitely wont work for other business offices. and i love her shoe choice, its cute and unpredictable, what’s with the matchy matchy purple daydra? DAT nuh mek it! gold and silver would have been fine…but its been done, dont you think? and dont let being in Jamaica stop you from being fabulous, Jamaica is not spelt DRAB!
you go sheena you hotter than the rest
Daydra…jus take note. It more than “mek” it and if she’s up and coming she’s almost there if she designed and MADE this then she can dress me down any friday.
Its cute, this outfit woulnt b suitable for any business place, its al depends on where she works. d blk and white stipr shoes are ok, but dat wouldnt have been my 1st choice…. her style is cute and trendsetting, and some ppl who claim to kno how to dress, and made comments should kno dat its not about fashion, its about style, (a unique representation of d self) so quit wit d gibberish
This outfit is fierce! The zebra stripes bring off the white shouder sweater and also accentuates the white frame handle of the shades. Whether its sunny outside or not, an outfit is an outfit and the shade’s lack of sun thereof, makes it complete. I have only one problem with this outfit and its the thin-ness of it. The model’s underwear is clearly visible which is a big no no. Panty lines are totally out. With that i’m thinking it might not be appropriate for the work environs but then again it depends on the work atmosphere. All in all i give it 3 of 5.
LOL!! step pon dem yaa Sheena. This is Sheena, and you won’t get anything less from her! The style looks good and it fits her personality, if you know her. She always looks classy. The shades a hide yuh face though, Sheena lol.
Wow! i’m always amazed at the comments people can make at simple, yet unconventional fashion statements. Daydra, “matching purple” heels?? I thought we would have left kindergarten YEARS ago! This being Jamaica does not mean that we haffi look like we nuh know how fi dress!
She looks fine, to me! Chic, but style-appropriate! The only thing that needs commenting on is the fact that we can see her underwear, which ISN’T chic or cute at all! She could have also tossed the necklace and gone for hand jewelry instead.
Daydra hun, i suggest u read more Vogue and stop matching the items in ur closet.
unnu is a bunch of bandwagonists y’all seem to be all an concern bout whats ‘in’ n popularity puleez unno is a bunch of walking clones !!! A who seh me match item in a fimi closet… niggas puleesse DWL!!!
those sunglasses are way too big for her head and plus they are upside down. And next time, repeat after me; g-string
