As I’m cruising the local websites to see if there’s anything juicy popping off on our entertainment scene, I come across the launch of reggae singer Sophia Brown’s debut album on 876Radio.com Unfortunately I’m blogging today from the 9-5 which has blocked youtube access so I can’t even look up her songs, which I’m sure I must know at least one since Outaroad.com says she is currently enjoying heavy rotation of local airwaves. Anyway I still decided to go ahead and blog about her because of this amazing dress she donned:

What a gorgeous dress! Of course news outlets reporting from the launch are far less concerned with her fashion as none of them identify the designer of the dress…Sophie let us know! I am not pleased with the heavy makeup and necklace that she chose for the dress, it is an outstanding dress and can shine on its own without more statement pieces. A light, fresh face would have worked better IMHO but again, GREAT DRESS.

This was her chosen performance outfit, which reminds me of an item on my wishlist…HOTTTTT

But anyway, further on in the album came a picture of Flames, who is a VJ on Hype TV

The jury’s out on this one…are you feeling it? The rosette (?) is too much for me, and I’m not sure I love the halter design…
