Website owner and editor “Irie Diva” is a young Jamaican who graduated from the University of Technology, Jamaica with a business degree in marketing. She hails from the city of Kingston and knew from early out that she wanted to be in media and in fashion but had a hard time finding a likable path into either industry. After working in several sales and entry-level business positions and one short-lived stint in fashion media advertising sales, she finally took the plunge of carving out her own slice of the pie, by melting the two industries together to create Fashion Over Style.

Website partner, fellow Utech graduate Adrain “Rain” Wray, gave the support needed to get the site up and running, now helps with sponsorships, advertising and sales. Adrain has several initiatives under his belt as well including events planning and promotion, product distribution and product development. At age 25, he is a Mechanical Engineer at a major corporation in one of the country’s leading industries.
He is also the CEO of Wrainstorm Inc which is a group of companies that deals with investment, trade and marketing.
