FOS fave Keneea Linton brought the sophistication once more to the runways of CFW with intricately designed structured dresses and floor length gowns.

Y’all will know how much I love Keneea from past features . Her craftsmanship is superb and her detailing is exquisite.
You know…the Cooyah guy…yeah that’s him. Cooyah was…maybe still is the biggest, most recognizable t-shirt brand in Jamaica. At one point supply could not meet demand and people were getting tired of seeing the same designs everywhere and so its rep has somewhat dwindled. Therefore, when I heard about Gary Codner, who’s in part responsible for Cooyah’s success, showing a line at CFW that was all his, i was sure this would be a good line. A capitalization on everything he’s done at Cooyah. Alas, I was to be disappointed.
He calls it African Connection and I’m still trying to figure out why. Because of the traditional print scarf?

Maybe this is hemp?
Maybe they wear alot of white tees over in the motherland.
Maybe I’m really not seeing it…here’s the line guys . Please help me to figure out exactly what’s going on.
Maybe I should have asked Nia if she sniffed some of the hemp dress. K, I’m gonna behave and sit my behind down now. 
Last year we missed Biggy dearly from the CFW lineup and he made up for it twofold with his sizzling collection this year. The line was blazing everything from jeans to sheer dresses to long flowy dresses to sexy summer tops! Biggy is a favorite amongst Jamaican designers and many persons stayed back at the very long and late Sunday showing awaiting his line. It was worth the wait. See it here .
Local songbird Tami Chyn took the runway for Lubica who showed off a gorgeous swim-suit and resort wear collection.

Bill Edwards [Jamaica] never disappoints…his classic style mixed with his eclectic taste mixes well together to form unique pieces for men and women (didn’t even know he did women) that are crisp and clean. The Bill Edwards brand is top of the line…his shirts are well packaged and I’ve seen it available for sale at Lee’s Department Store…has his own section and everything. Lee’s is like Jamaica’s Nordstrom or Macy’s…so you get my drift. Check out Bill Edwards here .
FOS fave Camesha Powell showed her 2008 line at CFW with a pink, white and black colour theme. Too cute for words! This fringe-like dress with pink neckline was my favorite piece. Absolutely horrible picture I know, Cami please forgive! But you get the drift…
